2025 Bowman Draft Baseball Checklist Overview
The base set will run 200 cards, with both paper and Chrome versions. Parallels have not yet been announced, but 20 players will have Etched In Glass Variations, including top selections from the 2025 MLB Draft like:
- No. 1 – Eli Willits (Washington Nationals)
- No. 2 – Tyler Bremner (Los Angeles Angels)
- No. 3 – Kade Anderson (Seattle Mariners)
- No. 5 – Liam Doyle (St. Louis Cardinals)
- No. 6 – Seth Hernandez (Pittsburgh Pirates)
- No. 8 – JoJo Parker (Toronto Blue Jays)
- No. 9 – Steele Hall (Cincinnati Reds)
- No. 10 – Billy Carlson (Chicago White Sox)

In addition, 10 players have Image Variations, and another set of 10 prospects have Chrome variations that feature them in their collegiate uniforms.
Retrofractors, which give a “1st Bowman” card to legends of the game, are Lou Brock (Chicago Cubs) and Sadaharu Oh (Yomiuri Giants of Japan), who also has an autographed version.
The same top prospects listed above also lead the Chrome Prospects Autographs checklist, a popular chase in the product that has 102 players and should include a colorful parallel rainbow.

Gold Ink can be found on a limited number of cards from 75 players.

Additional autographs will come from Draft Prospect Portrait Autographs, Achromatic Autographs, Prospect Dual Autographs, and concepts based off inserts, such as In Action — which are cards designed to look like the players are packaged as action figures.

Topps will also again include actual ping pong balls used at the 2025 MLB Draft Lottery inside of autographed cards on the most unique cards in the product.
A pair of popular inserts will also be returning.
Bowman Spotlights present an action image of players illuminated by a single spotlight above them while the background is blacked out.

Rare Crystallized inserts also return, putting players in front of backgrounds that resemble the inside of geodes.

Additional inserts include Axis, Bowman Draft Night, Final Draft, and Prized Prospects.
NFL Hall of Famer Dan Marino also makes an appearance on a Dream Draft Picks card. The Kansas City Royals selected Marino in the fourth round of the 1979 MLB Draft, but he elected to attend the University of Pittsburgh and pursue a football career. Collectors can find insert and autographed versions of Marino’s card.
Bowman Variety Packs will be rare finds for collectors in hobby formats. These special packs will include four Refractor cards with patterns of Gum Ball, Sunflower Seeds and Pop Corn. Autographed versions of these Refractor cards are numbered to /5.
